Central Michigan Preview

Time: Noon
Location: Big House
Weather: 75 with 3% chance of rain
TV: BTN
Line: Michigan -28.5

Welcome to the Connor Stalions Bowl!  Which sideline will Connor be on?  Ok, I joke as clearly he won't be on either.  Both head coaches have moved on and the NCAA will continue to be ever hurt because Michigan was stealing signs and someone narced on the Wolverines for something every program was doing.  While taking a blind eye to the SEC paying players for 20 years without any NIL rules.  Well Done NCAA, your days are numbered.

What a weird game this is.  Michigan is going to be lead by Biff Poggi and Central's head coach is Matt Drinkall, which I try to do every time I order a drink at the bar.   Both teams are coming off losses on the road at Oklahoma and Pitt.  At least they are playing this game in the daylight!

Dear Biff,
Will you please stop bugging Marty McFly and his future parents?  He and Doc Brown are trying to get Marty Back to the Future.

Well Biff, you have the reigns of the most historic program in college football for the next two weeks and maybe one game next season.  I would say this is a good opportunity for you as the Charlotte situation didn't work out so great.  Still, we have a ton of respect for what you have done for this program and your role with Harbaugh in winning a National Championship.   Thank you for also coming back to A2, as much as Sherrone is prepared to be a head coach, he needs someone like yourself to navigate all the waters of leadership and being the CEO of the program.

Now let's get back to ball, shall we?  I thought the team played better then the final score showed last week.  I'm much more encouraged on this years outlook vs. what I saw on the field last season at this point.  Still, the offensive line was bad and the defensive line didn't get enough pressure on the talented Oklahoma QB.  Central is not Oklahoma and I expect to see better play this week.

1. I 100% agree with Sherrone, Bryce should not be running.  We don't have any backups that are ready to play.  Let him throw the ball and protect him please!

2. Mix up the offensive line if you have to.  We need a much better effort from that unit on Saturday.

3. Pressure the QB, Michigan's secondary is not that good yet.  We need to protect them with a better pass rush.  Find a way Wink!

4. Put The Chips away early.   Don't let off the gas.  Get ahead quickly and stay ahead.  We don't need a New Mexico situation here again.

5. I'm waiting for the defense to be really good.  Is this the day?

6. Get both RB's a 100 yards on the ground and let Bryce throw a deep ball or 2.

Central will come in a play with pride.  They will not lay down and going to Drinkall they can from the Big House cup.   Don't have a let down from last week and make sure the kids are ready to dominate.   The Big Ten and another tough road trip is on tab.   Let the coordinators coach and you lead the team like we know you can.

Paul Finebaum 22hours ago called the Michigan football program a "complete fraud", and is "going nowhere". I am 80/20 going with this assessment. Some of you saw potential last week, I saw a "shiit show". Seems like Oklahoma read our signals or we telegraphed what we were doing on most plays. Now we waIT 2 OR 3 YEARS UNTIL WE HAVE A NEW UNDER STUDY.

In the meantime, Sherrone keep shaking your maze and blue pom poms, and when you cheerlead from the sidelines, you can jump up and turn around and shake your booty at the crowd. Then bend over and lift up your tiny skirt and show the "GO BLUE" stenciled on your "fat ass".

Jesus have you turned into a crank. Oh well.

Good assessment, Bob. I think closer to 28-13, unfortunately. But hopefully progress.

Good game to work on the passing game. But we wont. Lindsey will run all day cuz Sherrone told him to, which will prove nothing, except our linemen are bigger than Central's.

What’s the point of playing Jayden and not having him attempt a pass ??

Jerry Garcia didn't throw a pass either. I noticed that too. I know it's Jake, but I couldn't help myself.

QB Jadyn Davis had 16 snaps, and Jake Garcia had 6 snaps. One reason for that maybe that they didn't want to run up the score anymore than it was at the time.
